// 01 CTO-as-a-Service
A CTO for your product, without hiring one.
I take on the technical leadership of your product a few days a month: architecture, roadmap, hiring and mentoring of your developers. You move forward with the experience of a CTO, without a full-time hire.
- 22 years of web development
- 16 companies supported
- 3× CTO positions
- 2022 Symfony certified
// 02 Who it is for
For products that need a technical direction.
-
You are launching your product
Nobody is making the technical calls yet. I lay down the architecture and the roadmap from the start, to build on solid foundations.
-
Your team is growing
Your developers move forward without a shared direction. I structure the team, hire the missing profiles and help everyone grow.
-
Your product already exists
Legacy code or an AI-generated prototype: I assess where it stands, then set a course to make it reliable without stopping production.
// 03 Missions
What I take on.
-
Architecture and technical choices
Reasoned, documented technical choices, sized for your team, your budget and your deadlines.
-
Technical roadmap
The technical work aligned with the priorities of the product, split into steps you can follow.
-
Hiring
The missing profiles, the technical interviews and the onboarding of new developers into the team.
-
Upskilling
Code review, pair programming and training: your developers grow their skills and their autonomy.
-
Quality and releases
Automated tests, continuous integration and controlled releases, to ship often without breaking anything.
-
Providers and hosting
The services your product runs on, chosen French or else European, with their strengths and their limits.
Why made in France
// 04 Process
How it works.
-
01
First conversation
Your product, your team, your constraints: I pin down the need, then send you a clear proposal.
-
02
Assessment
Code, architecture, team and tools: a reasoned assessment and a prioritised action plan.
-
03
Roadmap
The work, the hires and the milestones, decided with you and reviewed as the project moves on.
-
04
Technical leadership
I lead the technical side a few days a month, on a time and materials basis, mostly remotely and on site for the key moments.
// 05 Experience
Already a CTO several times.
Every CTO position of my career, the most recent first.
-
Since 2023
Avneer CTO
I took part in the project from the start, as CTO, which allowed me to set up the foundations and master the architecture. I developed the back office but also the REST API for the Avneer mobile application with Symfony and Api-Platform. Continuous integration with Github Actions and Scalingo.
-
2020–2022
Becs Sucrés CTO
I set up a custom video streaming solution, with AWS and CloudFlare controlled from PHP. Continuous integration with GitHub Actions and Heroku, back-office in Symfony and REST API with Api-Platform. Management of a developer for the front-end part.
-
2015–2020
SDP Group CTO
Symfony developer in this SME of 4~7 people specialized in e-commerce & web-to-print, I quickly became CTO and I set up a team of 3 developers. Afterwards, I was in charge of the SaaS Share & Print Studio project that I developed with Symfony on AWS, with 2 developers as reinforcements on the front end.
CTO-as-a-Service
Let's talk about your project.
No need for a full-time CTO? I take on the technical leadership of your product a few days a month, drawing on 3 CTO roles.
- Documented architecture choices, built to last
- A technical roadmap aligned with your priorities
- A team that is hired, mentored and keeps growing
Looking for team reinforcement, an audit or a migration instead? A first conversation to understand your needs, then a clear proposal.
