The questions that come up most often before starting an assignment.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both. I am based in Paris and I mostly work remotely. I travel within France for the key moments of a project, depending on the duration and the scope of the assignment, and I can also travel to Japan.
Time and materials or fixed price?
Time and materials for a team reinforcement or a part-time CTO role, fixed price for an audit or a well-defined scope. Quote on request, after a first conversation.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes, it is even a good part of my activity: taking over legacy code, upgrading Symfony, or hardening an AI-generated prototype before it goes to production.
What is your availability?
Partially available at the moment: the status shown on the homepage is kept up to date. Depending on the scope, I can start part-time and then ramp up.
What kinds of companies do you work with?
Startups, SMEs, large groups and agencies, directly or as a subcontractor. The details of the assignments are on the Career page.
Which technologies do you use?
PHP and Symfony first, with API Platform, PostgreSQL, Symfony UX and Tailwind CSS, Docker and GitHub Actions. But the best stack is the one that suits your project and your customers: I adapt to what exists and I learn fast, all the more so as AI speeds up getting to grips with a new environment.
